Running Total = (Fairway balls × −1) + (Bad Miss balls × +2)
Ryp Driving Index™ = Baseline Handicap + Running Total
Worked Example
Golfer averaging 240 yards → Baseline: 10
12 fairways, 4 good misses, 4 bad misses
Running Total: (12 × −1) + (4 × +2) = −4
Final Index: 10 + (−4) = 6
